扭矩扳手 (torque wrench)-也叫扭力扳手或力矩扳手,力矩就是力和距离的乘积,在 紧固螺丝 螺栓螺母等螺纹 紧固件 时需要控制施加的力矩大小,以保证螺纹紧固且不至于因力矩过大破坏螺纹,所以用 扭矩扳手 来操作。首先设定好一个需要的扭矩值上限,当施加的扭矩达到设定值时,扳手会发出“卡塔”声响或者扳手连接处折弯一点角度,这就代表已经紧固不要再加力了。

用扭矩校准仪器校检液压扳手前先将扭矩检测仪装置前应分别调整标准装置和液压扭矩扳手的压力表的零位。根据液压板手驱动方轴(套筒)尺寸的大小,选择与之连接所用的转换接头。仔细检查手动高压泵输油管快速接头是否连接可靠,泵中是否有油。将矩传感器、工作台机器转换接头与液压液压扳手连接,固定在同一轴线上。
Before calibrating the hydraulic wrench with the torque calibration instrument, the torque detector shall be installed, and the zero position of the pressure gauge of the standard device and the hydraulic torque wrench shall be adjusted respectively. Select the adapter used for connection according to the size of the hydraulic wrench drive square shaft (sleeve). Carefully check whether the quick connector of the oil delivery pipe of the manual high-pressure pump is connected reliably and whether there is oil in the pump. Connect the torque sensor, workbench machine adapter and hydraulic wrench and fix them on the same axis.
确认液压板手校准方向后并且反作用力臂靠的可靠稳固安全,确保在给液压扭矩扳手施加力的过程中,三者不发生相互位置移动,就可以开始加载对其进行校检。
After confirming that the hydraulic wrench is calibrated in the direction and the reaction force arm is reliable, stable and safe, so as to ensure that the three do not move each other in the process of applying force to the hydraulic torque wrench, the loading can be started for calibration.
在检测过程中按液压扭矩扳手额定扭矩值正确选择标准扭矩传感器的量程。然后按照选定的检定点逐级平稳地施加至额定扭矩值,读出和记录各点扭矩值,每规程至少进行3次。每次施加至额定扭矩值后卸除负载,检查标准装置和液压扭矩扳指示器归零情况并重新调整零位后继续。
During the test, the range of the standard torque sensor shall be correctly selected according to the rated torque value of the hydraulic torque wrench. Then, the torque shall be steadily applied to the rated torque level by level according to the selected verification points, and the torque values of each point shall be read out and recorded for at least 3 times in each regulation. Remove the load after each application to the rated torque value, check the zeroing of the standard device and hydraulic torque wrench indicator, and continue after readjusting the zero position.
